Mr. Heri Sunaryadi is Independent Commissioner of PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk from June 12, 2025. Mr. Sunaryadi served as Independent Commissioner at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk since February 8, 2022. He had been Commissioner of PT Merdeka Copper Gold, Tbk since May 21, 2018 until January 27, 2022. Mr. Sunaryadi was Independent Commissioner of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk since 2020 until 2022. He served as the Independent Commissioner of PT Indo Premier, PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk until December 2022. He served as the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk from December 19, 2014 to April 22, 2016. Mr. Sunaryadi serves as a Director at PT Bahana Securities. Mr. Sunaryadi served as a Director of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk from December 19, 2014 to April 22, 2016. He started working as a management trainee at PT Astra Internasional Tbk and subsequently pursued a career in finance and the capital markets in which he serves as Director of Equity Sales, Director of Fixed Income Sales, Director of Investment Banking and Director of Securities Trading & Research, prior to being appointed as President Director of Bahana Securities and then President Director of PT Bahana PUI, President Director of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). He serves as the Independent Commissioner of PT Sahabat Finansial Keluarga; and Commissioner of KSEI. He earned a Masters degree in Management from Universitas Bina Nusantara in 2011 and a Bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Institut Pertanian Bogor in 1987.
