Mr. Pengfei Ning is Board Secretary & Joint Company Secretary of Liuliumei CO. Ltd and serves as its Executive Director since March 10, 2017. Mr. Ning joined the Liuliumei CO. Ltd. in May 2016. Prior to joining Liuliumei Group, he served successively as a customer manager and deputy branch manager at Wuhu Branch of Bank of Communications from July 1998 to August 2007. He worked as the branch manager of the Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Wuhu Yangzi Rural Commercial Bank from July 2007 to May 2012. He served as the vice president and board secretary at Wuhu Changxin Technology Co., Ltd (a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 300088) from May 2012 to April 2016. Mr. Ning obtained his bachelor’s degree in monetary economics from Anhui College of Finance and Trade (currently known as Anhui University of Finance & Economics) in June 1998.
