Mr. Oz Adler, CPA, is Chairman of Fort Technology Inc. from September 15, 2025. Mr. Adler is CEO of Neurothera Labs Inc. He is Independent External Director of Rail Vision Ltd since June 2022. He is Director of IM Cannabis Corp. since July 6, 2025 and serves as its Chairman of the Board since September 15, 2025.
