SWIRE Group participates comprehensively in the 7th China International Import Expo

The 7th China International Import Expo grandly opened today (5th). Swire Group, in collaboration with its subsidiaries Swire Properties, Swire Coca-Cola, Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company, and Cathay Pacific Group, showcased a comprehensive exhibition booth covering 400 square meters at the Service Trade Pavilion. This exhibition demonstrates Swire Group's achievements in China from various dimensions, including business investment, sustainable development, and social contributions, reflecting its long-term confidence and commitment to the Chinese market, as well as its vision to support China's high-level opening-up in partnership with various stakeholders. At the booth, Swire Group presented investment plans for its core businesses, including projects in mainland China under Swire Properties' "HKD 100 billion investment plan," Swire Coca-Cola's commitment of over RMB 12 billion in investments in China, and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company's largest single investment—the Xiamen Swire Xiang'an International Airport Maintenance Base. Utilizing multimedia interactive technology, the booth vividly and three-dimensionally introduced business development and operational conditions. The booth also showcased a series of new project developments, including "Lujiazui Swire Source," named by Swire Properties in August this year, and the upcoming pre-sale of the residential project "Lujiazui Swire Source Residence," as well as the newly announced commercial complex project "Beijing Swire Plaza" in November. The latest developments in Cathay Pacific Group's four core business areas—premium travel, low-cost passenger transport, efficient cargo transport, and lifestyle services—were presented at an independent booth, with the global launch of the new Elegant Business Class and the new Select Economy Class being showcased for the first time to mainland audiences. Showcasing a Series of New Project Developments In recent years, while continuously expanding its investments in China, Swire Group has adhered to sustainable development principles, promoting a series of practices that enhance environmental sustainability and give back to the community, some of which were also displayed at this exhibition. Swire Coca-Cola's sustainable development innovation project "Carbon Neutrality Farm" focuses on carbon neutrality, integrating low-carbon environmental protection, rural revitalization, and regional characteristics, providing a grassroots model for advancing the country's ecological civilization construction. "As one of the first foreign-funded enterprises to return to mainland China during the early stages of reform and opening-up, Swire Group has always resonated with China's economic development and collaborated on innovation."
