Over 30,000 kilometers, China Tumai Robotics achieves another breakthrough in remote surgery
Jin10 Data reported on November 16 that today at the global remote command center for surgical robots of MicroPort Medbot Group located in Zhangjiang, Shanghai, French surgical expert Dr. Youness Ahallal successfully performed a robotic remote radical prostatectomy for a patient in Casablanca, Morocco, 12,000 kilometers away, using the domestically produced Tumai robot. The entire surgery lasted less than two hours and was completed through remote operation, with a delay time of only over 100 milliseconds
