Shentong Metro's subsidiary successfully connected the photovoltaic project to the grid

Shentong Metro announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Metro New Energy Co., Ltd. has successfully connected a 11.1 megawatt distributed photovoltaic project to the grid, with an expected annual power generation of approximately 11 million kWh, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 4,600 tons. The actual power generation in 2024 is expected to exceed 56 million kWh, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by more than 23,500 tons. The photovoltaic project will bring the cumulative scale of the new energy company's photovoltaic power stations to 62.4 megawatts, with the future annual power generation accounting for 2.2% of Shanghai Metro's total electricity consumption
