4.How do I receive my REIT dividends?

Dividends are credited directly to your Longbridge trading account in the currency they are distributed (typically SGD). You can track pending and historical payments under the "Portfolio" tab. If you have Cash Plus enabled, your idle cash from these dividends will be automatically invested into yield-generating money market funds the moment they arrive.

5.Are REIT dividends taxable?

For individual investors, distributions from Singapore-listed REITs are generally exempt from Singapore income tax. Since Longbridge operates as a "Nominee/Custodial" account, we handle the administrative processing of these distributions so you receive the net amount due to you without extra tax paperwork.
