ZEMIC responds to the proposed name change to "AVIC Chengfei": cannot disclose externally for the time being

On January 10th, Jinshi Data reported that ZEMIC announced that the board of directors agreed to change the existing stock code "300114" in conjunction with the history of Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. and the strategic positioning of the listed company. The new stock code and the proposed activation date are yet to be determined and will be subject to approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This proposal still needs to be submitted for review at the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. In response, relevant individuals stated that the stock code will definitely be determined based on Chengdu Aircraft's development background and history, and currently cannot be disclosed externally. Further communication and confirmation with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange are needed, and any changes during this period will be adjusted accordingly. It is worth mentioning that earlier on January 6th, ZEMIC also released an announcement regarding the proposed change of the company name, stock abbreviation, business scope, and the revision of the Articles of Association. The announcement indicated that ZEMIC's stock abbreviation will be changed to "Zhonghang Chengfei."
