This move takes into account that the company is expected to continue incurring losses in 2024, and the commitment to waive the salary will take effect from January 2025 and will continue until the company achieves positive net profit for two consecutive quarters
According to the announcement from DINGLICOMM (300050.SZ), the company recently received a commitment from its director and general manager, Xu Zequan, regarding the voluntary waiver of salary. Considering that the company's operating performance for the fiscal year 2024 is expected to remain in a loss state, in order to express confidence in the company's future development and determination to advance and retreat together with the company, as well as to effectively seek opportunities for the company's operational development and quickly achieve a turnaround in performance, Xu Zequan voluntarily waives his salary, effective from January 2025, and will continue until the company achieves positive net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for two consecutive quarters
