RA SILK ROAD plans to issue approximately 89,118,650 shares for loan capitalization

RA SILK ROAD (00274.HK) announced that on February 7, 2025, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber, under which the company conditionally agreed to allot and issue, and the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for 89,118,654 subscription shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.05 per subscription share. The amount payable by the subscriber under the subscription agreement, approximately HKD 4.456 million, will be paid by capitalizing all amounts owed by the company to the subscriber.
