According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Beijing Baiter House Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Haitao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 40 million yuan. The business scope includes: battery leasing; battery manufacturing; production of battery accessories; battery sales, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Sinomach Auto's wholly-owned subsidiary China Import Automobile Trade Co., Ltd. and others
