JEE: Supervisor Zhang Zhengchu plans to reduce his holdings by 0.15% of the company's shares

JEE announced that the company's supervisor Zhang Zhengchu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 200,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.15% of the company's total share capital and 25% of his personal shareholding. The reduction period is from March 13, 2025, to June 12, 2025, and the reduction price will be determined at market price. Mr. Zhang currently holds 1.17 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.85% of the company's total share capital, with the shares sourced from those obtained before the company's initial public offering
