Deutsche Bank maintains a negative outlook on the euro, stating that the German elections have "provided almost no visibility" for a shift in the fiscal framework, which could have had a positive impact on the euro. However, Deutsche Bank noted that the likelihood of the euro falling below parity against the dollar has decreased, primarily because U.S. fiscal policy appears to be more conservative than expected
