The "Action Plan for Accelerating the Green and Low-Carbon Transition in Yangpu District, Shanghai" is seeking public opinions. It mentions plans to improve the electricity demand response mechanism, develop virtual power plants, and encourage large industrial electricity users, interruptible commercial users, and electric vehicle charging network users to actively participate in load demand-side response. It also aims to promote pilot projects for building electricity demand-side management and the development demonstration of V2G technology.
