According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINAMI (301383.SZ) announced that the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen MINAMI Intelligent Co., Ltd. (tentative name), in Shenzhen with its own funds, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, and the company will subscribe to 100% of the capital contribution.
