NewRank Data: In 2024, there is a significant increase in new creators on Douyin and KUAISHOU-W
On March 31, news emerged that the content marketing service provider NewRank released the 2024 Content Creator Ecosystem Report, which shows that in the past year, new creators on Douyin and KUAISHOU have increased, mainly consisting of mid-tail creators with fewer than 50,000 followers. According to NewRank's data statistics, there are only over 1,000 creators on Douyin with more than 10 million followers; additionally, 88.4% of creators on the Xiaohongshu platform have fewer than 5,000 followers.
