SOFARSOLAR: The issue price is 11.8 yuan per share
SOFARSOLAR announced that the issue price is RMB 11.8 per share. This public offering consists of 41,237,100 ordinary shares, resulting in a total share capital of 412 million shares after the issuance, of which 3,872,800 shares are unrestricted circulating shares, accounting for 9.39% of the total share capital after the issuance. The company's stock will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market on April 2, 2025
