ST NZBC: Received inquiry letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange
*ST Ningke announced that on March 31, 2025, it received the Shanghai Stock Exchange's "Inquiry Letter on the Information Disclosure of the 2024 Annual Report of Ningxia Zhongke Biotechnology Co., Ltd." The inquiry letter requires the company to provide supplementary disclosures regarding the gross profit margin of the long-chain dicarboxylic acid business, impairment of production line assets, accounts receivable and payables, construction in progress, and revenue deductions, and requests opinions from the annual audit accountant and appraiser. The company will respond within 10 trading days as required and fulfill its information disclosure obligations
