On the evening of April 7th, China Nonferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. announced that its associate company Nerin Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. plans to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's main board on April 8th. As of now, the company holds 20.7 million shares of Nerin, accounting for 23% of its total share capital before the initial public offering and 17.25% after the issuance
