TODAYTEC announced that on March 11, 2025, the company disclosed the "Pre-disclosure Announcement on Share Reduction by Shareholders Holding More Than 5% and Their Concerted Actors." Shareholders holding more than 5%, Shenghua Group Holdings Limited and its concerted actor Ms. Qian Xiaomei, plan to reduce their holdings in the company by a total of no more than 4.5 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure.
