According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Suzhou XTL Packaging Products Co., Ltd. was established, with Yu Yongbing as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1.5 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of wooden containers; manufacturing of paper and cardboard containers; sales of wooden containers; manufacturing of paper products, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by XTL
