SHIRONGZHAOYE announced that the company received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Zhuhai Dahengqin Anju Investment Co., Ltd., regarding the transfer of the controlling shareholder, Zhuhai Dahengqin Group Co., Ltd. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government will transfer the Dahengqin Group as a whole to Zhuhai Zhuguang Group Holdings Co., Ltd.
