ST ENJOYOR received an advance notice of administrative penalty from the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, *ST ENJOYOR (300020.SZ) announced that the company received the "Notice of Administrative Penalty Pre-Decision" issued by the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission today. The notice pointed out that:

ENJOYOR Technology failed to disclose the non-operating fund occupation by related parties as required, and there were false records in the 2023 annual report and the 2024 semi-annual report; ENJOYOR Technology failed to disclose related guarantees as required, with significant omissions in the annual reports from 2018 to 2023; there were false records in the financial reports from 2021 to the third quarter of 2023; the information disclosure in related announcement documents of ENJOYOR Technology was inaccurate and incomplete.

The Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau intends to decide: to order ENJOYOR Technology Co., Ltd. to make corrections, issue a warning, and impose a fine of 7 million yuan; to impose a fine of 6 million yuan on Wang Hui; to issue a warning to Wang Teng and impose a fine of 2.5 million yuan; to issue a warning to Han Zhenxing and Ren Gang and impose fines of 2 million yuan each; to issue a warning to Wu Mengli and Wang Ruikang and impose fines of 1.5 million yuan each; to issue a warning to Jun Gao and impose a fine of 1.1 million yuan; to issue a warning to Cheng Ping and impose a fine of 1 million yuan; to issue a warning to Xu Zhengbo and impose a fine of 800,000 yuan; to issue a warning to Jiang Lijiang and impose a fine of 500,000 yuan
