According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Shenzhen Aoni Smart Innovation Holdings Co., Ltd. was established, with Wu Bin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 15 million RMB. The business scope includes the manufacturing and sales of smart vehicle-mounted equipment, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, and development of artificial intelligence basic software. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Aoni Electronics (301189).
