MINDEO: Wholly-owned subsidiary signs a contract for a mortgage and pledge worth 350 million yuan
MINDEO announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has signed the "Maximum Amount Mortgage Contract" and "Maximum Amount Accounts Receivable Pledge Contract" with the Lishui Economic Development Zone Branch of Bank of China, with a maximum principal balance of guaranteed debt of 350 million yuan. Among them, the equipment original value corresponding to the "Maximum Amount Mortgage Contract" is 126 million yuan, and the accounts receivable corresponding to the "Maximum Amount Accounts Receivable Pledge Contract" is from the "Equipment Lease Contract" between MINDEO and Zhejiang Guangxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd
