ST Xintong: The company's stock may be delisted

*ST Bright Oceans announced on April 21 that its 2023 annual financial report received an audit report with a disclaimer of opinion from Beijing Dahua International Accounting Firm. The company will be subject to delisting risk warning starting from May 6, 2024. If the company's annual report for 2024 discloses circumstances that trigger the provisions of Article 9.3.7 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company's stock will be subject to delisting by the Shanghai Stock Exchange
