Therefore, Ms. Huang will cease to be an independent non-executive director at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders. Following her retirement, Ms. Huang will also no longer serve as the chair of the audit committee, nor as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; Ms. Xiao Huilin (Ms. Xiao) will also retire as an independent non-executive director in accordance with the company's articles of association and has decided not to seek re-election at the annual general meeting of shareholders due to other personal matters.
