CRMI appoints Luo Min as a non-executive director
CRMI announced that Huang Baotian resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary due to personal matters, effective April 25, 2025. Meanwhile, Luo Min has been appointed as a non-executive director, and Yan Shibin will serve as Chief Financial Officer
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, China Regenerative Medicine (08158) announced that Mr. Huang Baotian has resigned due to other personal matters and will no longer serve as the company's Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and authorized representative of the company under the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited Section 5.24, as well as the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notifications in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and GEM Listing Rule 24.05(2), effective from April 25, 2025.
From the same date, Ms. Luo Min will be appointed as a non-executive director of the company; Mr. Yan Shibin will be appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer
