LONTRUE: Qi Yongmao resigns as director and vice chairman
On April 27th, ST LONTRUE announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from director Qi Yongmao. Qi Yongmao applied to resign from the positions of director and vice chairman of the company for personal reasons, and after resigning, he will continue to hold other positions within the company. Qi Yongmao's resignation will not cause the number of board members to fall below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the company's board of directors. The resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors
