KinLong announced that the company's director Yan Guilin holds 7.15% of the company's shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 6.25 million shares, accounting for 1.79% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading. Director Zhao Jian holds 0.17% of the company's shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 151,200 shares, accounting for 0.04% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices
