New Vision announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from non-independent director Tang Xiaoqi. Tang Xiaoqi resigned from the positions of director and member of the strategic committee due to adjustments in his role at shareholder Yandongwei. The resignation does not affect the normal operation of the company's board of directors
