Rendu Biotechnology announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller CENTRAL CHIEF LIMITED reduced its holdings by 500,000 shares through a block trade, with a reduction ratio of 1.25% and a reduction price of 33.45 yuan per share. After the transfer, CCF's shareholding ratio decreased from 6.24% to 4.99%. This reduction will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
