AECC AEC: Li Ming resigns as independent director

On May 13th, AECC AEC announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from independent director Li Ming on May 12, 2025. Li Ming applied to resign from the position of independent director and other positions in the company after serving as an independent director for six consecutive years. After the resignation, Li Ming will not hold any other positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Li Ming's resignation will result in the proportion of independent directors on the board falling below one-third, and the resignation letter will take effect after the company's shareholders' meeting elects a new independent director. Li Ming will continue to perform the duties of independent director until the new independent director takes office
