VHD: Four shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by 0.59%, 0.67%, 0.36%, and 0.22% respectively

VHD announced that shareholder Wang Yan, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 800,000 shares, accounting for 0.59% of the company's total share capital. Director and Deputy General Manager Chen Liwu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 900,000 shares, accounting for 0.67% of the company's total share capital. Deputy General Manager Lü Jialong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 487,500 shares, accounting for 0.36% of the company's total share capital. Chief Financial Officer Wu Wenjuan plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 300,000 shares, accounting for 0.22% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is from June 11, 2025, to September 10, 2025
