CICT MOBILE announced that its shareholders, the National Development Manufacturing Fund and the National Development Science and Technology Innovation Fund, have completed their share reduction plan, collectively reducing their holdings by 30 million shares, accounting for 0.88% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range was between 5.9 to 6.37 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of 183 million yuan. After the completion of this reduction plan, the National Development Manufacturing Fund holds 280 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.19% of the company's total share capital; the National Development Science and Technology Innovation Fund holds 10 million shares, accounting for 0.29% of the company's total share capital
