NHPIGCL: Zhou Xumin resigns as director
On May 26th, NHPIGCL announced that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation letter from non-independent director Zhou Xumin. Zhou Xumin applied to resign from the position of director and other roles in the company due to reaching the statutory retirement age. After resigning, he will no longer hold any positions in the company and its holding subsidiaries. The resignation letter will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors
