According to the announcement from China Financial Development (03623), the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 77 million placement shares to no less than six subscribers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, with a placement price of HKD 0.7 per placement share, which is equivalent to 13.94% of the issued shares immediately before the completion of the placement; and 12.23% of the issued shares after the placement shares are allotted and issued.
