L&T City: Appointed Chen Junqiao as the company's deputy general manager

L&T City announced that the company will hold the 11th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on May 27, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the appointment of the company's deputy general manager. Based on the nomination by General Manager Wang Baitong and the review by the Board Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Chen Junqiao as the deputy general manager of the company for a term of 1 year. After the term expires, the position will be automatically vacated, and no salary will be received during the term. The independent directors expressed their agreement with the above matters
