Dongfang Materials announced that 12 million unrestricted circulating shares held by Mr. Xu Guangbin, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, were subject to judicial auction, accounting for 52.36% of his holdings and 5.96% of the company's total share capital. After this change, Mr. Xu's shareholding ratio will decrease from 11.39% to 5.43%, while Jiangsu Teliang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. will increase its shareholding ratio from 0% to 5.96%, becoming the company's second-largest shareholder. After this change, the company's largest shareholder will become Zhu Junfei, with a shareholding ratio of 8.84%
