Shanghai Huili B: The transfer of related equity and associated transactions has been completed

Huili B announced that the company transferred 37.50% of its equity in Huili Paint Company to Huili Group, while Huili Group used its 10% equity in COSCO Huili Company as part of the transaction price for acquiring the 37.50% equity in Huili Paint Company, and paid the remaining transfer price to the company in cash. As of June 13, 2025, the company has received a total cash payment of RMB 51.3 million from Huili Group as stipulated in the Equity Transfer Agreement. The relevant transaction subjects have completed the change registration procedures, and this related party transaction has been completed
