The company can engage in sales, promotion, and management activities, and may grant sub-licenses to support business development. According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, YNBY INTL (00030) has recently been granted exclusive distribution authorization to distribute products held/produced/sold by its controlling shareholder Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd. globally (excluding mainland China).
The company has the right to act as a distributor of Yunnan Baiyao Group's products within the authorized scope to sell, promote, manage, and conduct other legal business activities related to the products, including but not limited to product pricing, marketing strategies, and channel selection. The company may also sublicense the rights granted under the authorization to meet its business development needs. The authorized products include but are not limited to the "Yunnan Baiyao" series of medicines, "Yunnan Baiyao" toothpaste series products, general medicines, medical devices, industrial products, and personal care products.
