SV VISION: Cao Yu appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from SV VISION, Mr. Wen Jiahao (Mr. Wen) has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders. Following Mr. Wen's resignation as an independent non-executive director, he will also no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee, a member of the remuneration committee, and a member of the audit committee.
