CCGB: Some fundraising projects have been postponed

CCGB announced that the 17th meeting of the fifth board of directors and the 16th meeting of the fifth supervisory board reviewed and approved the proposal on the extension of certain fundraising investment projects, agreeing to extend the time for the "Integrated Natural Plant Comprehensive Extraction Project," "Nutritional Medicinal Comprehensive Extraction Project," and "Zambia Land Development and Supporting Infrastructure Construction Project" to reach the predetermined usable status. The expected completion dates after the extension are June 30, 2027, April 30, 2027, and December 31, 2026, respectively. The reasons for the extension include changes in the global economic environment, slow market development, and continuous optimization of production processes. The company will strictly comply with relevant regulations, make scientific decisions, strengthen supervision, and ensure the legal and effective use of raised funds. This extension will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's normal operations
