HongTeo Technology: Shareholder pledges 14.2519 million shares

HongTeo Technology announced that Mr. Wu Xiaomin, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, has completed the extension of stock pledge repurchase transactions and supplementary pledge business. The number of shares for the pledge extension repurchase is 3.8728 million shares and 10.3791 million shares, accounting for 17.60% and 47.18% of his holdings, respectively, totaling 3.68% of the company's total share capital. The number of supplementary pledges is 382,400 shares and 1,135,100 shares, accounting for 1.74% and 5.16% of his holdings, respectively, totaling 0.39% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Mr. Wu Xiaomin's pledged shares amount to 15.7694 million shares, accounting for 71.68% of his holdings and 4.07% of the company's total share capital
