JIAODA WITHUB: Li Yan has been appointed as Executive Director
JIAODA WITHUB announced that Shuai Ge, Gu Xiaomin, and Zhou Guolai resigned as directors due to other business commitments, effective from June 20, 2025. Li Yan, Ma Renchao, Pan Mengran, and Lu Tai were appointed as executive directors, and Li Jing was appointed as an independent non-executive director and became a member of the audit, remuneration, and nomination committees. External supervisors Rong Yincheng, Sun Yunyun, and Yang Qing resigned due to other business commitments, effective from June 20, 2025. Feng Liping, Huang Peirong, and Qin Yanming were appointed as supervisors, effective from June 20, 2025
According to the announcement from JIAODA WITHUB (08205), Mr. Shuai Ge, Ms. Gu Xiaomin, and Mr. Zhou Guolai will no longer serve as directors due to other business commitments, effective June 20, 2025. Following Mr. Zhou's resignation, he will automatically cease to be a member of the board's audit committee and remuneration committee.
Mr. Li Yan, Mr. Ma Renchao, Ms. Pan Mengran, and Mr. Lu Taiyi have been appointed as executive directors of the company, while Ms. Li Jing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective June 20, 2025.
