According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xiamen Jiushi Design Engineering Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Xu Shuwei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The business scope includes: design of building intelligent systems; design of cultural relic protection projects; quality inspection of construction projects; construction of engineering projects; residential interior decoration and renovation; subcontracting of construction labor, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Lijun Architectural Design Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of C&D Holsin
