ChinaEtek: Some fundraising projects postponed to July 2027

ChinaEtek announced that the company will hold a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on June 25, 2025, to review and approve the proposal for the extension of certain fundraising investment projects. Among them, the "National IT Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance Market Expansion and Service System Construction Project," originally planned to reach the expected usable status by July 2025, has now been postponed to July 2027. This extension does not involve changes to the project implementation entity, implementation method, implementation location, fund usage, total investment amount, and investment project content. As of March 31, 2025, the project has accumulated an investment of 233 million yuan, with an investment progress of 65.99%. The decision to postpone is based on the principle of prudence, taking into account the actual progress of the project and investment progress, and will not have a substantial impact on the implementation of the fundraising investment projects
