Asiacom: Hengmao Yisheng completed the reduction of 780,000 shares

Asiacom announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Beijing Hengmao Yisheng Enterprise Management Consulting Center, has completed its centralized bidding reduction plan, reducing its holdings by a total of 780,000 shares. The reduction period was from May 6, 2025, to June 25, 2025, with average reduction prices of 63.8 yuan/share, 56.83 yuan/share, and 58.78 yuan/share, accounting for 0.81%, 0.03%, and 0.06% of the total share capital, respectively. After the reduction, Hengmao Yisheng holds 4.2879 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.94% of the total share capital
