CS: Li Kai resigns from multiple executive positions

CS announced that the company's director, executive vice president, and board secretary Li Kai has resigned for personal reasons, and he will no longer hold any position in the company after his departure. Li Kai's original term was set to end on May 8, 2028. After Li Kai's resignation, the company's chairman Wu Bowen will temporarily assume the duties of board secretary until the company appoints a new board secretary. Li Kai directly holds 4,577,200 shares of the company and will continue to comply with relevant regulations regarding the management of his shares after his resignation
