TES: Xu Kexin plans to reduce holdings of 0.02% of the company's shares
TES announced that senior management Ms. Xu Kexin plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 27,400 shares through centralized bidding from July 23, 2025, to October 22, 2025, accounting for 0.02% of the company's total share capital. Ms. Xu Kexin holds 109,600 shares in the company, accounting for 0.06% of the total share capital. This reduction is due to the shareholder's own funding needs and will not affect the company's control and governance structure
